What is Omega 3?
Omega-3 is one of the ‘essential fats’ best known for being good for your joints, brain and heart. When most people think of Omega-3 sources, or sources of fat, they think of fish. We’re pleased to inform you that there are vegan sources of Omega-3 too!
EPA and DHA
Omega-3 supplements are a great addition for a healthy diet, however, until they discover Vegetology, many of our customers don’t realise that sources of Omega-3 EPA & DHA can be vegan or vegetarian. Our vegetarian Opti3 contains EPA and DHA, the correct forms of omega-3 for use by the body and the same as those found in fish. How much Omega-3 do you need?
