United Kingdom

All UK packages are sent out in the safe hands of Royal Mail using their Tracked Service. Once UK orders have been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package online here.

Please note, the last posting date for UK orders is the 18th December. Orders shipped after this date my not arrive before Christmas.

Upgrade your order to Royal Mails 24hr tracked service. UK order placed before 1pm, Monday-Friday, will be sent out the same day. Order placed after 1pm GMT will be shipped the following working day. Royal Mail aims to deliver most parcels within 24 hours of dispatch, but at peak periods can take longer.

Rest of the World

For all other countries (non EU) we send your order using Royal Mail or GFS International postal system via AirMail to ensure you get your order as quickly as possible (minimum 7-14 days working days**).

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order here for Royal Mail or here for GFS

European Union

For our European customers, your shopping experience will not be impacted by the recent changes, and you will be able to continue to place orders as usual. We send orders to EU countries via GFS International or Royal Mail to ensure you get your order as quickly as possible (minimum 7-10 working days*). Please note, there are no additional fees for orders which are shipped to the European Union (EU). If duty applies to your order, it will be delivered duty paid (DDP). This means that taxes and fees have been paid and settled for you. Should you be contacted by your local customs office and asked to pay any fees please contact our Customer Service Team by emailing [email protected]

We’ve worked hard with our couriers to avoid any delays, however as they adapt to new regulations there may still be some delays. We will do our best to let you know as soon as possible if there are any further delays.

Our warehouse is open Monday to Friday and our amazing team takes pride in packaging your orders. We strive every day to post as many orders as we can. Usually that means that most orders get posted the same day, but sometimes this might take us a little longer. Once your order has been shipped we will send you an email so you'll know that it is on its way to you. You can also see your tracking detail in your account.

We cannot class a parcel as lost unless at least 15 working days have passed for UK orders, 20 workings days have passed for EU orders and 25 working days have passed for items sent to the Rest of the World. If your order has not arrived and the stated time frame has lapsed, please contact us at [email protected]

We want you to love what you ordered, but if for any reason you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund, provided it is within 90 days of receipt of your order.

If in the unlikely event you receive damaged items please let us know and we will offer either a replacement or a refund.
