All UK packages are sent out in the safe hands of Evri using their Tracked Service. Once UK orders have been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package online here.

For our European customers, your shopping experience will not be impacted by the recent changes, and you will be able to continue to place orders as usual. We send orders to EU countries via GFS International or Royal Mail to ensure you get your order as quickly as possible (minimum 7-10 working days*). Please note, there are no additional fees for orders which are shipped to the European Union (EU). If duty applies to your order, it will be delivered duty paid (DDP). This means that taxes and fees have been paid and settled for you. We’ve worked hard with our couriers to avoid any delays, however as they adapt to new regulations there may still be some delays. We will do our best to let you know as soon as possible if there are any further delays.

For all other countries (non EU) we send your order using the GFS International postal system via AirMail to ensure you get your order as quickly as possible (minimum 10-14 days**).

We strive every day to post as many orders as we can. Usually that means that most orders get posted the same day if ordered before 12pm.
If you make an order at 12pm or later, it will be posted the next day. Occasionally we might have to wait a day or so for some stock to arrive but we will let you know. Once your order has been shipped we will send you an email so you'll know that it is on its way to you.
We cannot class a parcel as lost unless at least 15 working days have passed for UK orders, 20 workings days have passed for EU orders and 25 working days have passed for items sent to the Rest of the World.
We want you to love what you ordered, but if for any reason you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund, provided it is within 90 days of receipt of your order.
If in the unlikely event you receive damaged items please let us know and we will offer either a replacement or a refund.
