I was so happy to discover this high quality vegan omega 3 supplement and have been taking it for several years now. I feel it has helped my joint health. With the high levels of EPA and DHA it doesn't feel like you're missing out by avoiding fish-derived supplements. The availability of technical details about the production method on the website is also reassuring and I feel I am paying for a quality product.

I've tried several plant based omega 3 supplmenents over the years, and this one is by far the best. The dosage and balance of EPA & DHA is perfect. And the bottle is a sensible size compared to the gel capsules inside. So many other brands use oversized bottles to give consumers the false impression of value, but only fill up the bottle a quarter of the way. Vegetology actually care about reducing wastage and that's important to me... and the planet. Thank you Vegetology!

I have been taking vegetology opti3 omega-3 capsules for many years. I eat a strictly plant-based diet (vegan) and want to make sure that I get all the vitamins and minerals I need. The balance of omega-3 and -6 is the best balance I have found, based on the recommendations from health officials. Some other products do not not offer the right relation of omega-3 to omega-6. The only reason fish have great omega values is because they eat algae! So why not just get it directly from the algae instead of killing fish! And getting it in these capsules is much easier and safer than trying to estimate how much dried algae to eat to get hte right amount of omegas.
