Most Omega-3 supplements are made from unsustainable fish oil, killing as many as 50 fish per bottle and transferring toxins from the oceans into each capsule - but the Omega-3 actually comes from the animal's diet of algae, not the fish itself. So, we've skipped the middle-fish and created a safer, more sustainable alternative from microalgae, grown in tanks at a specialist manufacturing facility.
Omega-3 Liquid is suitable for all of the family. It can be taken from a spoon or added to food. For babies and infants up to 2 years old we recommend 2.5ml (half a teaspoon).

The Omega-3 found in fish actually comes from their diet of algae, not the fish itself. Our Omega-3 contains EPA and DHA, the correct forms of omega-3 for the body to absorb and use, and the exact same forms found in fish. It's actually higher strength than most fish-based supplements.
Presented in olive oil, a daily dose of 5ml provides at least 300mg EPA & 500mg DHA as well as 5µg (200iu) of our plant source Vit D3. This equates to 835mg total Omega-3. Each 150ml bottle is 1 month’s supply.
