I've been using these multivitamins for over a year or more now and I think they are great. For awhile my doctor has recommended for me to only take a multivitamin and stop taking other supplements, so I've only been using these vegan multivitamins. My current health issues are on the mend and I find that this is really all I need for now.

I am on a plant-based diet and have had historical problems with Vitamin D deficiency (even before moving over to being plant-based).
I find the MultiVit easy to take, sensibly-dosed with ingredients, and of a fair price for the subscription. I have had a few blood tests taken in the last few years and am always happy to see that my nutrient levels are well within normal bounds.
Overall I feel that multi-vitamins are not essential for everyone but a sensible precaution and potentially a cheap preventative measure for a multitude of healthcare issues in the future.

The tablets made me feel great in many ways, but unfortunately the gave me a massive stomach ache that lasted all day. I had to throw them out as I couldn't tolerate the pain any longer - I did try them on and off for a month but to no avail. I have a lot of food intolerances so I suspect I was obviously just sensitive to an ingredient in these supplements and I'm sure others will be ok with it. Sorry I couldn't mark higher than a 2 due to this issue.
