I have been using vollagen (mostly!) daily for a couple of months. I will be honest I bought it hoping it would improve dull skin and fine lines. Although I've not noticed any improvement in my hair or skin, I have noticed my joint pain has lessened and my finger nails seem more robust and less likely to chip or snag. So for me, worth continuing and will look out for other changes.

I take them with vegan menopause multi vitamin. They work really well together, I notice energy alertness improving and when I run out I notice the difference they make. I will keep with these now & always ☺️

There are some virtues that I’ve noted since taking the vollagen for sometime now. I have more hair growth on my arms, but not on my bald head and both finger and toe nails are intact, no longer cracking anymore. As far as the loss of skin collagen, there’s been no effect whatsoever. I haven’t noticed any other gains or losses after taking this for several years. I trust this company because it was recommended by a trusted vegan physician, researcher and published author.

However, at 57 my skin had become extremely dry and my hair thin and straw like and it was really getting me down. So as a vegetarian I thought I’d give vollagen a go. Seriously, after only two weeks the results are incredible. My skin is no longer dry and it feels amazing. I’m really looking forward to the benefits that are on the inside and take longer to happen. I really can’t believe how brilliant this is!
