I run four times a week and have found that my muscle soreness and joint stiffness have noticeably reduced since supplementing with Vegetelogy's Turmeric capsules.
The harshest critique I can muster is that some turmeric residue ends up in the container and can sometimes end up on my hands when removing a capsule. It's a tiny amount and doesn't stain if removed promptly. Wouldn't really care if it did, to be honest!

No difference and for me, not effective. Omega 3 on the other hand. Super effective.
