So far, so good! The kids and I started taking the liquid omega recently and we all find it very easy to take. We add the oil to a small bit of plenty milk and gulp! It doesn't taste terrible and had no lingering aftertaste. Glad to find a vegan option that's not in capsule form. Wouldn't mind if it came in a larger sized bottle though!
