1000 mcg 3 times a week is plenty enough to meet our B12 needs. This gets the job done well!

B12 is a great supplement for me since I don't eat a lot of meat. It does not have any side affects. The pill is easy to swallow and digest. I love being able to get products that are plant based and all natural. I have been on this for over 6 years and wouldn't use anything else.

Due to my diet I have been lacking vitamin B12 and required shots. However since using vegetology B12, which I take twice a week of maintenance, my B12 levels are perfect!

My dietitian recommended these. Jar is small and pills are tiny, which I wasn't expecting but I think it's a plus because it makes the pills easy to swallow and the jar the perfect size to travel. Great value for money too!

There should be a smaller size/ strength for children.
I try to cut them in half...since the tablets are tiny (half a centimeter) and compact, this is very hard accomplish. So: Please produce B12 suitable for children.

Excelente, llevo una alimentación vegana y la tomo 2 veces a la semana. Se vio un aumento de B12 a nivel sérico.
