I have been using this product for several years now, and I am quite satisfied with it. In my latest blood test, my triglycerides were good, though I am a vegan. The concentrations of EPA and DHA are higher than in products from other brands I have looked at. My only problem is that the pills tend to stick together and need to be pried apart with a knife. This used to happen only occasionally a few years ago, but in my latest order, all the bottles had this (minor) problem.

It is also good to have an algae alternative to fish oil, because fish oil require 10kg fish to produce 1kg oil. Vegetology vegan omega-3 is kinder to the planet. It is good value for money, compared to other brands which have a lower dose of omega-3.

I can't say much about the functional quality of the product, as Omega-3 is a supplement that has long-term benefits and little immediate impact (if you're generally healthy). What's important to me is that the product is Vegan, it's grown in a controlled environment, which means no heavy-metal pollution (very common in other O3 supplements), and the service is great (I measure that not by perfection - everyone messes up orders here and there - but by how quickly they deal with the issue and fix it). Pricing is the best I've found for my country. I wish they made larger quantity options to lower prices, and reduce junk (I take 7 capsules daily, which is roughly what you need if this is the main or only source of O3 for you and you want to maximize brain benefits), but other than that, this is a great product.
