I have been taking vegetology opti3 omega-3 capsules for many years. I eat a strictly plant-based diet (vegan) and want to make sure that I get all the vitamins and minerals I need. The balance of omega-3 and -6 is the best balance I have found, based on the recommendations from health officials. Some other products do not not offer the right relation of omega-3 to omega-6. The only reason fish have great omega values is because they eat algae! So why not just get it directly from the algae instead of killing fish! And getting it in these capsules is much easier and safer than trying to estimate how much dried algae to eat to get hte right amount of omegas.

I’ve been using this product for several months and it’s really helped with my dry eyes unlike other vegan omega 3 supplements I have taken before. I do get a pretty strong fishy taste when I take it, but the results are worth it.

I've been taking this Vegan Omega-3 for a while now, and while it's difficult to say how effective it is, I would say that it contains more of the ingredients required for good health than many of its rival products, and for a very similar price. This, of course, depends on how many are purchased at any one time. Vegetology is very efficient and delivers promptly. Overall, I would recommend this product.
