I started taking these sublingual B12 tablets a few months ago after reading that older people can find it harder to absorb B12 from food. They’re small, dissolve easily under the tongue, and are pleasant enough to take, so it’s no trouble to keep up the routine.
I haven’t noticed any major changes in how I feel, but that’s not unexpected — unless you’re low on B12 to begin with, the effects can be quite subtle I'm told. I haven’t had a blood test, so I can’t confirm levels, but I’m confident they’re at least maintaining what I already had.
Given that they’re inexpensive, easy to take, and support such an important vitamin, I’ll probably continue using them.
