I was looking for a complete supplement for the last few months of pregnancy, without animal-based Omega 3. This product is excellent. I would only increase the amount of iron slightly, as it is likely to be chosen by vegetarian or vegan women who therefore absorb little iron from their diet. But anyway, I bought two boxes and I'm satisfied!!

Goog product, all my blood analysis during pregnancy are coming out perfect, and I even improved my iron levels, which always tended to be on the low side of "normal". The only con is that eventhough it's supposed to be send without any problem to the EU, I had to pay extra fees, but I guess that's a Spanish' Customs problem and not a Vegetology one.
