I have been taking vegetology multivit for many years. I eat a strictly plant-based diet (vegan) and want to make sure that I get all the vitamins and minerals I need. I have my blood checked once a year to make sure my blood values are healthy. Before I started taking multivit, my iodine values were too low and my thyroid values were also not good. But once I started taking multivit once a day (there is iodine in the multivit tablets), they both returned to normal and have stayed this way for years.

I did a lot of research before deciding on these and I’m pleased with the choice I made. Very good balance of vitamins and minerals - meets my needs as a vegan well. I appreciate the extra value when buying in bulk. I also use the Omega 3 supplement and I feel great, I’ve been using these for some time now and I always recommend them.

Been buying these for years. They cover all essential vitamins we need to stay healthy. Plus extra ingredients that are deemed good for us. They are a good price as well. All my bloods are good, and as someone who cant eat full calories I need to make sure I'm getting all my vitamins, and these provide that. Plus being vegan I want to make sure I'm not missing anything, so far so good. These are a perfect all round multivitamin.

I've been using these multivitamins for over a year or more now and I think they are great. For awhile my doctor has recommended for me to only take a multivitamin and stop taking other supplements, so I've only been using these vegan multivitamins. My current health issues are on the mend and I find that this is really all I need for now.
