I have really looked around at a lot of omega 3 supplements and I think these are the very best for the price! From my research, these supply the most DHA and EPA for the price and as such I have stuck with these for a while now and plan to continue. The orange flavoured liquid version is also delicious in my opinion. Both are very easy to take and incorporate into routine

I started taking it a few years ago for skin symptoms - dryness mainly- but it did so much more- besides the skins issues which resolved, the energy went up considerably, also some joint issues I had gotten so used to, I did not even know I had.
