very beneficial, I am very active in my role as a PT + doing my own physical training outside of my role. I work on Olympic lifting quite frequently with great results but leaving my knees sore. At 57 years I realised that re generation was slower, despite being extremely fit and healthy, especially on the Collagen side. I wanted to address this without using Bovine Collagen. Vollagen has surpassed my expectations with post exercise knee stiffness being a thing of the past. My knees are the best they have been for at least 15 years and some skin improvement too which is a bonus. Thanks for creating Vollagen!

It took some months before I noticed a difference in my finger nails. I continue to seen this positive change in their condition provided I take the Vollagen regularly. My nails grow back very quickly after cutting. Breakages are less, provided I use washing up gloves as much as possible and cut them back regularly to minimize snagging at the edges. Other women often remark about my nice long nails. I am overjoyed to find a healthy, cruelty-free alternative to collagen on the market.
