The standard Omega 3 liquid was a bit messy with our 18-months old. We have been using the concentrated dropper now for over 6 months. We started with 0.5ml, then (with only occasional breastfeeding) moved to 0.75ml on a spoon (easy with the dropper), usually at breakfast together with the vegetology multivitamin. She loves it.
