These are fine. Like eating a piece of slightly sweet/floral chalk.
I would buy the ones with K2 now that's on offer from Vegetology. Surprised they are continuing to sell these alongside. I didn't realise when I purchased that it is important to take K2 with calcium to prevent calcification of arteries, kidney stones etc. So ideally if taking this, take a Vit D3 with K2, or look at their Calcium + D + K2 tablets, or the Bone Health tablets which include all of those and magnesium, which is another important mineral if you are taking Vitamin D. Makes sense they'd all be together in one supplement although the levels of each in the Bone Health support are lower. Delivery etc is fine but remember to keep an eye on your subscription dates and your choice of products.
