The 3 Step Vegetology Supplement Routine

When it comes to vitamins and supplements, it can be hard to know what can be taken together. The Vegetology range has recently grown which throws even more options into the mix! That's why we've created a simple, three-step Vegetology supplement routine that covers all the bases.

On each product page, you will find an icon that will tell you the type of supplement that product is. The icon will either identify the product as an oil, a multivitamin or a targeted booster.

You can follow all 3 steps of the supplement routine or just choose one. That’s the beauty of it, you can tailor the routine to suit you and your nutritional needs.

All our supplements are suitable for vegans, vegetarians, for those following Gluten free and dairy free diets. They are also Vegan and Vegetarian Society approved.

First, choose your oil supplement. Omega-3 oils are essential for the health of your heart, brain and eyes. They also help to support the immune system and contribute to overall wellness.

Second, choose your multivitamin. Multivitamins provide a broad range of nutrients that are essential for good health.

And third, choose your targeted booster. Targeted boosters help to address specific health concerns, such as joint pain or energy levels. Following the Vegetology supplement routine provides a well-rounded approach to health and wellness.

Oil Drip

Step One: Choose your Oil

Omega-3 oils support the health of your heart, brain and eyes. Omega-3 provides your body with essential fatty acids in the form of EPA and DHA. Most Omega-3 supplements are made from unsustainable fish oil, killing as many as 50 fish per bottle and transferring toxins from the oceans into each capsule - but the Omega-3 actually comes from the animal's diet of algae, not the fish itself. So, we've skipped the middle-fish and created a safer, more sustainable and vegan alternative from microalgae, grown in a lab.

You can take these products daily. They are safe to take during pregnancy and the Omega-3 liquids are perfect for children.


Step Two: Choose your Multivitamin

Some of our supplements are classed as multivitamins. This means that they are formulated with a specific combination of vitamins and minerals and will offer multiple health benefits. They are designed to be taken daily. To avoid doubling up on some nutrients, you will take one multivitamin per day. If you want the benefits of more than one of our multivitamins we recommend taking them on alternate days.

For example:

Monday MultiVit
Tuesday Bone Care
Wednesday MultiVit
Thursday Bone Care

And so on.

Targeted Booster

Step Three: Choose your Targeted Booster

Then we have what we class as the targeted supplements. This simply means they have a specific purpose that they target eg you take Vit B12 to increase your vitamin B12 levels, you take Sleep Support will help improve your sleep. The targeted boosters can be taken alongside alongside your step 1 and step 2 supplement choices. You can take all of these targeted boosters or simply choose one or two.
