If I stop taking them for a few days the pimples return, so it shows just how effective they are. I honestly couldn’t live without these vitamins now!

Maybe on the future you will have an option, for those who wants products shipped faster to choose DHL or others deliveries with extra charges, instead of Royal Mail who sucks really bad. The foam packaging was completely unnecessary and now I don't know what to do with it. Also they could've halved the postage and packaging by sending my vollagen with the omega 3 instead of separately (I ordered them both in the same day).
