I really dislike chewing calcium tablets - can these just be swallowed? are they small enough to do that?Hi, the tablets can be swallowed but are quite large (1.4cm in diameter) so chewing is advised. Calcium does have an inherent 'chalky' mouth texture but taking our tablets with some water help, and we've formulated the tablet to be as easy to take as possible.
