I’ve been taking one capsule a day for 2 weeks. I noticed the difference in my ability to think straight within the first week. Due to a combination of Fibromyalgia, menopausal impacts and probably ADHD (just starting the diagnostic process) I experience a lot of brain fog where I can’t follow a thought through from the start to the finish which is very frustrating and often inconvenient. Sometimes it can be very embarrassing too. I usually have to make notes constantly and make sure I have lots of Post-It Notes available.
Since the impact of the Lion’s Mane started though I’m using fewer Post-It Notes and my need to make lists has declined. It really is like the difference between night and day.
I was also impressed with how quickly after ordering the capsules arrived and because I preferred a vegan product was very pleased to be told about this one.

The labelling is incorrect and misleading. The label states that it contains 2000mg of Lion's Mane extract. It doesn't contain 2000 mg of extract. It contains an amount of Lion's Mane extract equivalent to 2000 mg of whole dried Lion's Mane.
An unopened bottle weighs 42.82 grams. If each capsule is a size 2 vegecap, it weighs approx 63 mg. An empty bottle weighs 19.99 grams. If we multiply 63 mg x 60, we get the total weight of the vegecaps in a bottle (3.78 grams). If we add that to the weight of the empty bottle, we get 23.77 grams. If we subtract this from the weight of an unopened bottle, we get 19.05 grams. Last, if we divide this figure by 60 we get 317.5 mg - the approximate weight of the extract in each bottle. It may not be exactly that amount, but it will be close to this figure.
The label should state something like the following: 1 capsule contains 317.5 mg of Lion's Mane extract (equivalent to 2000 mg of whole dried Lion's Mane mushroom). To not include this information is misleading.

As I have MS and am currently going through the menopause, I gave these a try and so happy I did
Mind is much clearer now, not as much brain fog also feel more energetic, getting better sleep
