Really like this product for my toddler as it can be hard to find an affordable EPA/DHA algae based supplement that has enough of each essential fat. She doesn’t mind the taste and finds it easy to take everyday which is the most important thing. Will definitely continue to purchase.

My 1 year old has this in her water with a meal as obviously not yet able to swallow tablets. Good way to get omega 3 into her as we don't eat fish, but it is very oily and I always have to wash my hands thoroughly after using a syringe to measure out her dose. Don't think there's a way around this given the ingredients though 😊

If you also want ALA (to truly cover all omega-3 categories), you’d still need flax, chia or similar in your diet.
