Was a bit sceptical about these then listened to a mushroom expert who said studies have shown the lions mane is good for Myelin sheath.
As I have MS and am currently going through the menopause, I gave these a try and so happy I did
Mind is much clearer now, not as much brain fog also feel more energetic, getting better sleep
